How do I buy a totbag?
Just click on ‘Shop’ to see the various order options available, from one-off purchases to subscriptions. When you’ve clicked ‘Add to Basket’ you can then ‘View Basket’ which is where we will need some payment and billing details, then simply wait for your totbag to arrive!

How can I pay?
We currently accept PayPal Express Checkout, Visa and MasterCard payment methods

How long will it take for my totbag to arrive?
Your totbag will be dispatched within 3 working days and should arrive within 5 working days.

Where do you ship totbag to?
We can deliver a totbag to anywhere in the UK. We do not currently deliver overseas.

Can I pause or cancel my totbag subscription?
Yes, simply email us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your name and address and we’ll be able to do this for you.

I’ve forgotten my password
If you cannot remember your password, there is an option on the ‘My Account’ page to setup a new password once you have entered your email address.

I’m having trouble logging in
Firstly, are you entering the email address you setup the account with? If you still cannot remember, simply email us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your name and address and password and we’ll be able to help you.

When will you respond to my email?
We aim to respond to you within one working day. If you are expecting an email, please ensure it hasn’t landed in your spam or junk folder.

How can I change my account details (such as my address)?
Simply click ‘My Account’, login then click ‘Addresses’ or ‘Account Details’ in order to make changes.

How can I cancel/return an order?
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order we can cancel this and issue a full refund. After this time you have a period of 7 days to return your totbag and receive a full refund.

I still haven’t received my totbag
Your totbag will be dispatched within 3 working days and should arrive within 5 working days. If you haven’t received it after this point, please email us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your name and address and we’ll be able to help you.

My totbag is damaged and/or has parts missing
We take enormous care when producing a totbag, but sadly sometimes in transit they can on occasion be damaged. If you have any issues, please email us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your name and address and we’ll be able to help you.
